Greenstone Slate selected slate supplier for historic preservation project

Greenstone Slate is honored to have been selected to provide the slate for the Tuxedo Train Station historic restoration project in Tuxedo, NY, just outside of New York City.

The station was built in 1885 and later listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. In 2009, the town of Tuxedo collaborated with historians to help restore the train station back to its original appearance.
